Discovering happiness "Hygge"

True happiness is not a goal to achieve in the distant future but this moment in front of you.
Happiness is not a future goal but a present choice. If you choose to be happy at this moment, you can be as happy as you can be.
Most people are aiming for happiness. But then again, they forget to be happy at this moment.
<Excerpted from Le Voyage d'Hector ou la Recherche du Bonheur by Francois Laure>
We always put the criteria of success somewhere far away, delivering that success to be enjoyed int he future is a true happiness.
We put off our happiness right at the moment to keep it for later on. I am postponing my happiness to tomorrow or sometime in the future.
Only if I make more money
Only if I enjoy more time than today
Only if I have a fancy car
Only if I can afford to enjoy traveling
Then I would be happy, you may think.
However, I'm wondering if maybe we are used to happiness we always wish for even though happiness is not supposed to be prepared but to be enjoyed.
What is happiness in this way of life?
Serving as a guide for those who are confused, that is 'Hygge life'.
Author of <Hygge Life>, a global sensation published in over 20 countries worldwide.
What Meik Wiking is trying to say through "Hygge" is that happiness is a journey of discovering the value of everyday life.
"Hygge" is something that makes you and the people around you feel happy.
It is the moment of enjoying simple pleasure of sharing good food with your loved ones. That is, it is paying attention to a cup of hot chocolate with cream on it, which it deserves.
Pay attention to it right at the moment.
"Hygge" is enjoying the present to the fullest and drawing the best from the present moment.
<Michael Bicking, Hygge Life>
With the intent of enjoying the daily dose of happiness to the fullest, you are advised to catch happiness that emerges quietly moment after moment.
