What are the conditions for returning my product(s)?

You can return your order, unopened in original condition, within 15 days of receiving it.

General Return Conditions

In order for a return to be accepted, it must meet the following conditions:

Returned items will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance team. If a product is found to have a manufacturing defect that falls outside our factory standards, we will, at our discretion and subject to availability, provide either a replacement or a full refund for the defective item.

If the issue is determined to be caused by factors other than a manufacturing defect, or if the product does not meet the return conditions stated above, the original item will be sent back to you without replacement or refund.

We are unable to refund products that are:

  • Damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or negligence
    (e.g., exposure to chemicals, corrosive substances, open flame, excessive heat, sharp objects, etc.)
What should I do if my product arrives damaged or defective?

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please WhatsApp us immediately at +65 93265842 with your order details and a photo or video of the issue. Our team will investigate and assist you with a replacement or appropriate solution as quickly as possible.

How can I exchange my products?

Once your exchange request is approved, our team will contact you directly to arrange the exchange. We will deliver the replacement item and collect the original product at the original delivery location.

Do you accept change of mind?

Due to health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns due to change of mind.

When will I get my refund?

Once your returned product has been inspected and approved by our Quality Assurance team, your refund will be processed. Refunds are typically issued within 5–7 working days, depending on your bank's processing time.

Ordering & Delivering

How long does delivery take?

Orders are typically delivered within 3 working days. You will receive a notification once your order is on its way. Delivery times may vary slightly during peak seasons or promotional periods.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery is $5 for orders below $60. Free delivery applies to order $60 above.

How do I track my order and delivery status?

You will receive an email notification once your order is dispatched, including a tracking code from our courier partner, NinjaVan.

Can I change my delivery address or change / cancel my order if it hasn't shipped yet?

Yes, as long as your order has not been shipped, changes or cancellations may still be possible. Please WhatsApp us immediately at +65 93265842, and our team will assist you.

Can I deliver outside of Singapore? 

Yes. We ship to Malaysia, Hong Kong, Vietnam and the United States. Overseas shipping charges applies.

We accept major payment methods, including credit/debit cards, Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, UnionPay, Apple Pay, Google Pay.


Can my delivery address be different from my billing address?

Yes, you can enter a different delivery address during checkout. Please note that this option is only available for addresses within the same country.
