① Receiving & Storing Raw Materials
The journey begins with ingredient selection. Every raw material is carefully inspected upon arrival, then stored in strictly controlled conditions. Temperature and humidity are precisely managed to protect each ingredient’s freshness and stability, crucial for consistent product quality.
② Automated, Expert-Led Manufacturing
Next, raw materials enter production. Automated systems handle most of the processing, ensuring consistency, while trained specialists monitor the entire flow. Nothing is left to chance. Every step is tracked in real time, ensuring the final product is safe and effective.
③ Rigorous Quality Inspections
Before shipping, every product goes through a multi-layer inspection process. This includes visual checks, but also advanced equipment scans to detect impurities or foreign matter. Every product must meet the strict standards of FSSC 22000, an international food safety certification built on ISO 22000.

At every point, quality control experts are present. If anything looks off, production is stopped immediately. The problem is analysed, fixed, and preventive measures are put in place. Every raw material is tracked and traceable from start to finish.
