1-Year Subscription - Terms & Condition

1. Overview of the Subscription Program

The Denps 1-Year Subscription Program is a service under which the selected Product will be delivered on a recurring basis over a period of one (1) year according to the applicable delivery schedule.

A discount of 40% off the regular retail price will be applied to purchases made under the 1-Year Subscription Program.

The delivery schedule for each subscription product will vary depending on the recommended consumption period of the relevant Product.

2. Delivery Schedule and Total Number of Deliveries

2-1. Products with a 2-Month Supply

The following Products are approximately equivalent to a two (2)-month supply per 1 box:

  • Probiotics Premium
  • Probiotics Pro
  • Probiotics Women

These Products will be delivered once every two (2) months, for a total of six (6) deliveries over one (1) year.

2-2. Products with a 1-Month Supply

The following Products are approximately equivalent to a one (1)-month supply per 1 box:

  • Probiotics Diet
  • Probiotics Derma
  • Probiotics Denti Apple
  • Probiotics Denti Xylitol
  • TruVitamin Series

These Products will be delivered once every month, for a total of twelve (12) deliveries over one (1) year.

2-3. Monthly Delivery Cycle

The first delivery of the subscribed Product will be processed after the order and payment have been completed. Thereafter, recurring deliveries will be dispatched sequentially based on the applicable delivery cycle for each Product, with the 1st day of the relevant month serving as the dispatch reference date.

3. Product Selection and Restrictions on Changes

Each subscription order is confirmed based on the single Product selected at the time of purchase.

The selected Product will remain fixed throughout the subscription period and cannot be changed to another Product during the term of the subscription.

In addition, the following are not permitted during the subscription period due to the order management system limitations:

  • receiving different Products on an alternating basis;
  • changing the Product for each delivery cycle;
  • cross-selecting different Products within the same category; or
  • creating a subscription under any mix-and-match arrangement.

All subscription orders are operated on a single-SKU basis for the purposes of system management, order tracking, inventory control, and delivery accuracy.

4. No Bulk Fulfilment

Subscription Products will be shipped sequentially according to the applicable delivery cycle.
Delivery of the entire one (1)-year quantity in a single shipment is not permitted.

The following requests are also not permitted:

  • requesting multiple delivery cycles to be shipped in advance in a single shipment;
  • requesting early consolidated shipment of the remaining subscription quantity; or
  • requesting all remaining Products to be shipped together at a specific point in time.

This policy is implemented for the purposes of product quality control, maintaining the intended consumption cycle, and preventing resale or other unauthorised distribution.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Subscription Products are offered as discounted one (1)-year commitment products. Accordingly, once payment has been completed, cancellation, changes, and refunds due to a change of mind are not allowed as a general rule.

However, replacement, re-delivery, or refund may be considered in the following exceptional circumstances.

5-1. Circumstances Where Remedies May Be Available

The following circumstances may, upon our verification, qualify for replacement or re-delivery:

Wrong Delivery

  • where a Product different from the one ordered by the customer was delivered; or
  • where the delivered quantity is incomplete or missing.

Damage or Defect Upon Delivery

  • where the product container or packaging is significantly damaged such that normal consumption is not reasonably possible; or
  • where a manufacturing defect is confirmed.

Material Discrepancy Between Website Description and Actual Product

  • where the Product information materially differs from the actual Product supplied.

The following circumstances may, upon our verification, qualify for a pro-rated refund for the undelivered remaining deliveries only:

Failure to Fulfil Due to Our Fault

  • where we are unable to perform the subscription due to stock shortage, operational error, logistics issues, or any other cause attributable to us.

Where Action is Required Under Applicable Law

  • where a refund or other remedy is required under applicable Singapore law.

Death of the Recipient

  • where the recipient has passed away, subject to submission of the following documents:
  • a copy of an official document confirming the death;
  • identification documents of the purchaser or applicant; and
  • any additional supporting documents that we may reasonably require.

Permanent Overseas Relocation

  • where the customer has permanently relocated to a country outside Singapore and is unable to continue receiving the subscription Product, subject to submission of the following documents:
  • official documents confirming long-term overseas relocation or immigration;
  • documents evidencing departure from Singapore or change of residential address; and
  • any additional supporting documents that we may reasonably require.

Refund Basis
Refunds will apply only to the undispatched remaining deliveries.
Any deliveries already dispatched and any benefits already provided will not be refunded.
The refund amount will be calculated in accordance with our applicable refund policy.

The refund amount will be calculated by us based on the number of undelivered remaining deliveries.

Application Period
Any request for an exceptional refund must be submitted without undue delay after the relevant event occurs and, in any event, before the next scheduled dispatch.
Refunds may be restricted where the required supporting documents are not submitted or cannot be verified.

5-2. Circumstances Where Cancellation, Refund, or Exchange Is Not Available

Cancellation, refund, or exchange will not be available in the following circumstances:

  • change of mind;
  • dissatisfaction based on personal preference regarding taste, smell, or formulation;
  • dissatisfaction based on not experiencing the expected effect;
  • delivery issues arising from an incorrect address provided by the customer;
  • issues arising from the customer’s absence or delayed receipt of the delivery;
  • requests for refund after the Product has been opened, unless otherwise required by law;
  • damage caused by the customer’s own fault or mishandling;
  • requests to change to another Product during the subscription period;
  • requests to receive all remaining quantities in a single shipment; or
  • requests made for the purpose of resale or transfer to a third party.

5-3. Submission Method

Customer enquiries and requests for exceptions will be accepted only through our designated official channel.

Requests submitted through unofficial channels or outside business hours may not be processed immediately.

6. Remedies

Where an exceptional circumstance is confirmed, we may, depending on the situation, provide one of the following remedies:

  • re-delivery of the same Product;
  • exchange;
  • partial refund;
  • pro-rated refund for the undelivered remaining deliveries; or
  • any other remedy that we reasonably determine to be appropriate.

As a general rule, replacement or re-delivery may be prioritised over a refund.

7. Change of Address and Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their delivery address and related delivery information remain accurate before the start of delivery and prior to each scheduled dispatch.

If a change of delivery address is required, the customer must request such change through customer service before the deadline specified by us. Any request submitted after the applicable deadline may only take effect from the next delivery cycle onward.

If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or other circumstances attributable to the customer, an additional re-delivery fee may be charged.

8. Possible Changes to Delivery Schedule

Subscription Products will generally be dispatched according to the applicable delivery cycle. However, delivery dates may be adjusted in the following circumstances:

  • public holidays;
  • logistics provider issues;
  • inventory-related operational needs; or
  • system maintenance or other unforeseen operational issues.

In such cases, we will provide prior notice or subsequent notice to the customer where reasonably practicable.

9. Prohibition on Resale and Transfer

Subscription Products are provided for personal consumption only.

Accordingly, the following are not permitted:

  • resale;
  • commercial distribution;
  • assignment or transfer to a third party; or
  • purchase for the purpose of resale through second-hand marketplaces or other external channels.

Where abnormal orders, excessive purchases, suspected resale activity, or any other improper use is identified, we may cancel the order or restrict the provision of the subscription service.

10. Health Disclaimer

Denps Products are intended for general health management purposes only. Individual responses may vary depending on personal constitution, health condition, and consumption environment.

  • These Products are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure any disease.
  • If you have a specific medical condition or are taking medication, you should consult a qualified professional before use.
  • If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have allergies, you should carefully review the ingredient information before use.

11. Our Rights

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate the provision of the subscription service with no prior notice in the following circumstances:

  • submission of false or inaccurate information;
  • abnormal ordering patterns;
  • suspected resale purposes;
  • payment authorisation failure;
  • breach of these Terms or our operating policies; or
  • any other circumstance which we reasonably determine to be inappropriate for the operation of the service.

12. Policy Changes

We reserve the right to amend this subscription policy from time to time for the purposes of service operation, changes in law or regulation, or system and policy updates.

Any such changes will be announced on our Website, and the amended policy may apply to orders placed or services used after such notice has been published.
